Noise-cancelling bellows
For this bellows, we developed an advanced solution that effectively dampens sound and absorbs vibrations. The material used is an extremely flexible plastic that keeps the bellows supple, even when it is under tension or moving in multiple directions. This maintains freedom of movement without compromising sound reduction.
Production process
A characteristic feature of the specially selected plastic used for this product is its sound and vibration absorption. This allows the bellows to be used as a genuine damper.
Due to the flexible plastic, the product also emerges from the mould with the same flexibility. This means that special provisions must be made to remove the product from the mould correctly and to handle it.

Moulds
The mould for the product is manufactured in a half-extended state. For transport, the entire bellows is pushed in like an accordion and stacked for easy and efficient transport.
Realisation
These specifications make the bellows ideal for applications where both sound damping and flexibility are crucial, for example in industrial machinery or moving structures. There are three types of bellows: S, M and L. The photos below show the large bellows; on the right-hand page, you can see the small bellows in our production facility.
